3. Videography and Photography Policy

3.1 Consent and Authorization: By using the PATHLETE platform, you grant us and our authorized partners the right to capture, record, publish, and use photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings from sessions and activities, including those involving minors.

3.4 No Obligation to Use: PATHLETE is not obligated to use any captured content.

3.5 Opt-Out Policy: Users who do not wish to be photographed or recorded can opt-out by submitting a written request to support@pathlete.com. It is your responsibility to avoid participating in sessions where recording is taking place.
